När jag mediterar har jag ofta papper och penna bredvid mig. Ett sätt för mig har under åren blivit att kanalisera genom automatskrift, dvs jag släpper taget om egot och låter ljus och kärlek flöda gneom pennan, om och när den vill.
I morse blev det en kanaliering genom automatskrift, på engelska.
Ett budskap som jag tänker att även du som läser det här kan bli hjälp eller upplyft av.
